1992年出生於台北，畢業於國立台灣藝術大學雕塑學系碩士，致力雕塑創作，專精於泥塑與景觀藝術，作品樣貌多變，以「人」作為創作核心，從現今社會上種種意識衝突的遭遇為主軸，關注社會發展所產生的生活無力感景象，並不乏追求創新，歷年作品獲得國內各大獎項肯定。

於個人創作過程中，林辰勳擅長藉由觀察、分析時代大環境的特徵，於作品中闡述隨著時代而改變的藝術形式與內容，進而於創作中融入對當代思維、看法，釐清當代所示之各種現象。

創作主題選材上，不外乎著重於人本和對自然的關懷，意念上可概括為「人與人」、「人與自然」和「形之內外」，企圖嘗試於探索社會現象的過程中，掌握個人與物質世界接觸的官感、心境、認知，並在其創作中加以顯現，促使藝術作品能傳達出更廣大的經驗、意象。林辰勳認為，藝術所傳達的意象不僅為個人生命性的展現，更是創作者透過其感官與認知的直接經驗後，完全釋放、投影在作品之上，最後反映於觀賞者、甚至回應至社會。 

Born on 28th July, 1992 in Taipei, Taiwan. Lin, Chen-Shun graduated from National Taiwan University of Art (NTUA) with the major in sculpture, and also earned the master of fine arts degree at the graduate school of Sculpture in NTUA.

Lin, Chen-Shun is committed to artistic creation, and specializes in clay sculpture and landscape art. His sculptures are characterized by changes in his appearance. He concerned about the environment, social, human issues, and he is good at using clay, oil color, ready-made to interpretation of his sculptures, and he is good at taking people as the core of his creation, focusing on the experience of conflict in the total general consciousness of today’s society and paying attention to the phenomena of lifelessness caused by social development.

Although young but he has been awarded numerous in Taiwan. There is no lack of innovation in his sculptures ,and he also have been collected by cultural centers or art museums.
